To help our members, both new and experienced, learn more about the various roles in our meetings, we developed a Club Meeting Roles document. It contains information on the responsibilities of all the the meeting roles, such as Toastmaster, timer, ballot counter, Table Topics Master and the evaluators, as well as many other roles.
